‍I was brought in to redesign and reposition A to Z Engraving’s digital presence to better serve both sides of their audience: industrial clients looking for tailored engraving services, and customers who want to browse and customize products on their own. Built on Shopify, the new website strikes a balance between service-focused storytelling and a robust product catalog. I worked closely with the founder to craft messaging that’s friendly and informative—making complex services like industrial labeling approachable—while also integrating a powerful online customizer for drinkware, knives, trophies, and more. The result is a hybrid website that supports one-off product orders and larger custom projects with equal clarity and ease, reinforcing A to Z’s role as a go-to engraver for everything from part marking to party favors.
