Known for hosting everything from high-energy concerts and trade shows to elegant weddings and local community events, the center boasts over 100,000 square feet of flexible event space across nine distinct venues. With its wide range of amenities, including a full-sized ice pavilion, beer garden, meeting rooms, and expansive expo halls, HAPO Center serves as a dynamic hub for public and private events throughout Eastern Washington.

We partnered with Merla Media to redesign and expand the HAPO Center’s website, creating a digital experience that matches the scale, energy, and versatility of the venue itself. Our shared goal was to build a site that highlights HAPO Center’s unique spaces, supports public event promotion, and makes it easy for new clients to explore rental options and inquire about hosting.Together, we developed a content strategy, UX framework, and scalable CMS that empowers the HAPO team to manage everything in-house — from upcoming events and amenities to full venue galleries. The result is a site that’s visually dynamic, easy to maintain, and ready to grow alongside the evolving needs of the Center.
